[ adam doesn't hide the affectionate chuckle that leaves him as lestat gropes around blindly, though he does shift closer so that the other finds him more easily. a soft grunt pushes its way out of his lungs as lestat flops on top of him like a sleepy lion but he gives no other sign that he's uncomfortable, instead squirming just a bit before settling into place. ]

the hand carding through his locks receives a sound of acknowledgement, then he lifts his head in an attempt to encourage more. his face is scrunched up and he cranes back to squint, prying open an eye to peer down at adam. ]

[ childish, sulky. he's definitely playing it up for more sympathy. ridiculous, such a large man sprawled atop the photographer, wanting such coddling. ]

none of that matters much, though, now that he's back in lestat's arms. poor pained lestat, a big baby whose doe eyes are absolutely irresistible. adam's hands move to massage along the back of the blond's neck and along the muscles of his shoulders, the tension there clearly evident.
the mention of louis keeps him quiet for a moment as he thinks how best to respond. in the end, he decides it's best to leave that for a different time - if at all. he's learned more than he probably deserves to know, and it's clearly part of the reason lestat is draped over him now, in pain and wanting comfort. ]
